Reagan QB gets a second nomination for player of the week
Reagan High School's Rattler Quarterback, Ty Summers, has been nominated for a second time for the Gridiron Legends Player of the Week award, presented by Dave Campbell's Texas Football on behalf of Cavender's and Wrangler.
Ty is one of only ten nominees across Texas competing for votes in the online award. He amassed 504 yards in total offense, 288 rushing and 216 passing, with seven touchdowns. This now puts Ty over 3,000 yards in total offense with 38 touchdowns through the first nine games of the season. He is leading the San Antonio area in total yards. The Reagan Rattlers remain the only undefeated 5A team in San Antonio.
