reagan student wins physics photo contest

Reagan High School student Victoria Kadous entered a national competition sponsored by the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT.) Entries were submitted in the spring semester. Results were announced this semester. Victoria has remarkable gymnastic ability, and submitted a photo and text of gymnasts balancing forces.

She won $75 for herself and a $100 grant/gift certificate for teacher Mary Jo Bolster to spend on physics equipment for the school.

Her photo will be part of a poster AAPT will release nationally in December.
