12 Oak Grove students receive free entry to race

Oak Grove Elementary School received 12 scholarships for the ING Kids Rock race to be held on Nov. 10, 2012. One male and one female student per grade level were selected through a random drawing on Sept. 14. These 12 students won a paid entry into the event.

Kids can participate in a marathon-one mile at a time. ING KiDS ROCK & ING Run for Something Better (ING RFSB) have partnered to fight childhood obesity by making fitness opportunities available in schools and empowering children to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
