NEISD Community Education offers diverse fall classes
Registration is underway for North East Community Education’s (NECE) fall session. Hundreds of classes, ranging from blogging to clogging, will be offered starting in September.
New classes this session include: Una Noche en España (Tapas Class); Plein Air Painting; Access 2007 - Level I; Butterfly Gardening; Sewing with Patterns (Make a Bath Robe); Qigong for Everyone; HTML Web Page Publishing and Green Housekeeping.
The theme for this session is on the theme Get Hooked! NECE offers classes in areas of business, arts and crafts, dance, music and drama, exercise, sports and outdoor activities, financial, health, home and garden, languages, personal improvement, sewing and stitchery, technology and travel. Also offered are classes for youth, as well as online classes. Youth classes include electric guitar, sewing, video game design and more.
Classes will be offered at many convenient locations including several district schools and the North East Community Learning Center at 8750 Tesoro Drive. Registration can be completed online, as well as by phone, fax or mail.
