NEISD students 'Chalk It Up'

On Saturday, October 13, art students from Lee, Madison, Reagan, and Churchill high schools, North East School of the arts, as well as Nimitz and Bradley middle schools  participated in the annual Chalk It Up event in downtown San Antonio.

Chalk It Up is a free, family-friendly event that promotes the importance of art education and proudly exhibits San Antonio's creative vivacity by providing hands-on activities led by professional art educators, as well as interactions with contemporary artists.  This event is organized by Artpace.  This year an audience of more that 20,000 was expected.
