WOAI show features Madison's MadSci solar Car program

The TV show 50PlusPrime is highlighting the Madison High School MadSCI program and its director, Dr. Joseph Dungan.
The weekly TV news magazine show is hosted by Tony Fama. "Alternative Energy Cars Drive High Schoolers" will air Sunday, December 15 at 6:30 a.m. on WOAI TV.
Dr. Dungan created the solar car team at Madison High School as a way to motivate students in science and engineering. His students work to build and race solar vehicles as a way to raise awareness about the need for alternative energy.
