KSAT sixth-graders visit Texas Renaissance Festival

Krueger School of Applied Technologies (KSAT) sixth grade students experienced first hand what it would be like to live during the Renaissance period by visiting the Texas Renaissance Festival in Plantersville, Texas. The festival provides hands-on activities and shows to educate students about different cultures and regions.

Students participated in the school of swords to learn how to handle and operate a sword, just like a knight would have experienced in training. The students said that they have a better understanding of life during this time period.
