johnson cadet wins air rifle nationals, team places sixth

Johnson High School Cadet Duncan Pawloski won the Army National JROTC Air Rifle Championships, Precision Class, on Feb. 19 in Layton, Utah.  Duncan now qualifies to compete in the All Service JROTC Air Rifle Championships in Anniston, Alabama in March.

The Johnson team of Duncan Pawloski, Mirella Torres, Will Coulter-Porth, Nathan Reyes and Max Pawloski finished in sixth place nationally. 

The team will be competing in the Alamo City Air Rifle Classic/District Air Rifle competition on Saturday, February 23, at the district range located at 9803 Broadway. 



Duncan Pawloski of Johnson High School won the Army National JROTC Air Rifle Championships in Precision Class.


The Johnson High School air rifle team places sixth in the nation.
