Johnson's 'Pride' named among top digital papers

The Columbia Scholastic Press Association announced its top awards for scholastic publications at the 88th annual Scholastic Convention. This year 1,351 printed magazines, newspapers and yearbooks and 182 digital publications of the current CSPA members were eligible to enter the Crown Awards. Online news media were judged at Columbia in February 2012.

Thirteen digital news, 16 magazines, 11 newspapers, 22 yearbooks received Gold Crown Awards.

Johnson High School's "The Pride" was recognized as one of the top thirteen digital papers.
