The Tempest was the last entire play that Shakespeare wrote in 1611. Fantasy, tragedy, comedy and romance combine following a deadly sea storm and shipwreck. Scenes take place on Prospero's magic island and theatre attendees can savor the language of Shakespeare in this visually stunning production that is perfect for all ages.

Director Clark Stevens spent the last two summers studying with the vocal coaches of the Royal Shakespeare Company through the generous support of the H-E-B Grant in Teaching Excellence. Stevens brings the RSC exercises and text work back to the stage with Churchill students in this exciting production which should prove to be clear, immediate and engaging. Warning: There is a monster in the show.
