Churchill JROTC selected as 2012 Star Volunteer Group
The Churchill High School Charger JROTC Battalion was selected by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society as the 2012 “Star Volunteer Group.” Every year, the Charger Battalion volunteers to support this big event to enhance awareness of the disease in our community.
Multiple Sclerosis is a disease that attacks the body’s nervous system, causing individuals to loose their motor skills.
The Churchill JROTC continues to support its community exemplifying the true charger spirit. For more than a decade, the Churchill JROTC has volunteered to support the Multiple Sclerosis Society in its efforts to defeat this disease. The next march for the cure will take place on March 2, 2013.
