Churchill hosts bands of america competition
The Churchill High School band hosted the Bands of America (BOA) Super Regional Competition on October 23 and 24. This involved about 250 volunteers staffing many of the positions throughout the Alamodome assisting BOA staff throughout the competition.
The Regional Championships offer world-class band performances by many of the finest high school marching bands in America with expert evaluators. More than 50 bands registered to compete this year.
Update:
Churchill
and Reagan high schools made it to finals with Churchill placing 13th and Reagan placing 14th.
