Johnson Computer Science Team win at recent competition
On Saturday, Oct. 31, the Johnson High School Computer Science Team competed at the John Jay High School Math and Science Competition. The team won the Computer Science Team event as determined by their scores on a written test.
The top three scorers contributing to the winning team were Tiffany Wong, David Park and Richard Penshorn. In addition, Jay also held a "hands-on" computer programming competition, and the Johnson team of Wong, Penshorn and Brooks Scharff received first place.
