Keys to the Kitchen

Library Services will be hosting a reception in the North East Resource Center next Wednesday, March 5 at 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Participants will be eligible for door prizes, including a hard cover copy of Mollenkamps book, "Keys to the Kitchen," and other great kitchen gadgets. Please come by and join Library Services for some treats and an opportunity to learn about the digital collection of eBooks and audio books available to you 24/7!

Since Monday, Feb. 17, all middle and high school students, parents, and North East ISD staff have enjoyed unlimited simultaneous access to the cooking eBook "Keys to the Kitchen" by Food Network star Aida Mollenkamp. The campaign continues through March 5.

Patrons will be able to enjoy the eBook on all major computers and devices, including iPhone®, iPad®, Nook®, Android™ phones and tablets, and Kindle® [U.S. Libraries] without worrying about wait lists or holds. Title will automatically expire at the end of the lending period. There are no late fees!

Secondary librarians will be sponsoring promotional activities throughout the program to encourage students, staff, and parents to try out new recipes, learn cooking tips, and enjoy the NEISD Digital Collection through OverDrive.
