Macarthur students place in citywide art contest

Five MacArthur High School students placed in the Battle of Flowers Program Cover Design Contest. The 5 students were chosen from over 400 entries.

These top 30 winners will be honored at the Art Show on Sunday, March 24, 2013 from 2-3:30 p.m. at the San Antonio Garden Center. The top 30 winning art pieces will be framed and the top 5 artists will receive cash awards and certificates at the Art Show.

Honorable Mention ($75 cash prize) Alyssa
Artistic Merit: Emily Barbary, Lauren Liedtka, Samantha, and Hannah.
