Krueger students win BBB Essay COntest

Krueger Middle School student's displayed what having strong core values is all about after taking part in the Better Business Bureau's (BBB) Laws of Life Regional Essay Contest. There were 431 entries from the San Antonio area. Out of twelve finalists, a whopping five were from Krueger/KSAT (Krueger School of Applied Sciences). All the finalists were given their cash prizes at an awards dinner attended with their parents.

The BBB essay contest was created by Sir John Templeton in 1987 to encourage young people to reflect and write about the core values and ideas by which they live. The writing contest requires students to think and reflect on their own personal values, and provides them with a compelling occasion to write.
