Churchill ECO Club Collects food for West, Tx

The Churchill High School ECO Club will be having a food collection drive for the people of West, TX who are struggling in the aftermath of the fertilizer plant explosion. Churchill Senior, Esau Perez, was very determined to do something to help the people of that community so initiated this project ECO club is working to help spread the word.
Eco club will be collecting items starting Monday, May 6 - Friday, May 17. Items can be dropped off at Churchill High School in Room 8142 during the school day. The San Antonio Food Bank has created a list of the "twelve most wanted" items for collection. These include peanut butter, cereal, tuna, beans, rice, chili, and canned soups just to name a few.
All donations will be given to the SA Food Bank for distribution to the people of West. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to help with this project during this hectic time of the year.
