churchill healthy lifestyles classes host blood drive

Churchill High School's Healthy Lifestyles Classes will sponsor a Blood Drive on Thursday, December 8 from 8:45 a.m. - 4 p.m. in the school's Multi-Purpose Center (MPC).

 

The blood drive is open to staff, students, and the community.

Students must have a parental consent form signed by a parent/guardian prior to donating blood. Community members must sign in and receive a visitor badge at the reception office before coming on campus.
