Mission
The mission of adult education and literacy is to ensure that all adults who live in Texas have the skills necessary to function effectively in their personal and family lives, in the work place, and in the community.
The Adult Education Program offers FREE GED (General Educational Development) and Adult Basic Education (Reading, Math, and Language) classes to the community.

Distant Learning Program
Students interested in GED preparation or ESL, have the opportunity to study at their convenience. Students can access online "classroom" from home, any time of the day and can complete classes at their own pace. Registration/enrollment for Distance Learning is subject to availability. To begin, complete the online application. Once you have completed this, the instructor will contact you within 48 hours.
